Reginald York is a co-founder and the Chief Operating Officer at Flux Core Data Systems. He leads operations, strategic partnerships, and commercial execution for the company’s renewable-powered data center platform.
Reginald brings more than 20 years of operational leadership across renewable energy, distributed infrastructure, and commercial growth. He has deep experience in energy storage systems, data center construction and management, and C&I operations leadership. His work centers on building resilient infrastructure, driving cross-sector partnerships, and scaling complex project delivery.
Before Flux Core, Reginald held leadership roles in operations and management where he drove vendor strategy, supply chain negotiation, and profit and loss management. His background includes work in energy distribution and client-facing roles that strengthened his ability to align technical execution with business strategy. Across roles he has built high-performing teams and forged partnerships that accelerate deployment of renewable and distributed systems.
Reginald is skilled at bridging technical, commercial, and operational priorities. His focus at Flux Core is to ensure consistent execution, strong partner alignment, and disciplined growth across emerging markets for solar and energy storage-enabled infrastructure.
